  I've always received good and friendly service when interacting with this store regarding our cell phone(s) plan(s) we've had over the years. I like that you can make an appointment online as I think it's very effective.

  If could give them MINUS 100 stars I would! RUDE AND STUPID employees, including the "Asst. Mgr". Had Corey done things right the FIRST TIME I spent over an hour waiting, then 40 mins. more for them to even figure out what their own employee had noted regarding the account, then I wouldn't have had to come back in this worthless store again, and "bother" you now would I. Thank God I use COX for all my needs; I was there straightening out my 87yr. old mother's acct.; I can just imagine how they would have treated her. BTW I MADE AN APPT. the second time around and rec'd 2 CONFIRMATION EMAILS from AT&T - what a JOKE!

  Leaving a 5 star review just simply because the guy I encountered was a pleasure to be around. Wish I could remember his name just to give him props. It's hit and miss... I have had horrible experinces at other stores... But this place made me feel like they needed my business. Harder to find these days and still means something to me.

  What the latest Samsung Galaxy or note? Want to get an iPhone? Looking for a good deal on a rate plan? You can do all that at the AT&T store. This place specializes in cell phones and cell phone service. So if you don't have a cell phone and want one, or you simply want to upgrade to a better phone, come on by and see what they have to offer.
