::25 minutes to be acknowledged by someone, store was empty on a Saturday, no greeting no do you need help with anything, I guess everyone was to busy in their own space never coming back to this location.

::Customer service was great. Julie was the rep that helped us out. She switched my gf's line from Sprint to my current account. She also helped switch my "grandfather" account to the new T-Mobile one plan. Everything went pretty smoothly. She makes sure that the customer is satisfied and provides updates regarding new promotions and new phones. I would recommend this branch and ask for Julie.

::I spent a long time trying to locate a hard-to-find iPhone 6S 128GB. went to this store per customer service, spent 2hr30min at the store and at least 1hr30min at home getting it all setup, to find out that I was given a 32GB phone instead of a 128GB. Now the phone is maxed out on storage and does not function correctly. It's going to be 2 days now and they still have not found the phone I was supposed to get! All I have to say is, how incompetent can you be to do this to a customer?! And by the way, my time is worth money too, a business that wastes my time is no good to me!
