  I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and I use the T-Mobile store in Lindenhurst on Montauk Highway and all the Reps there are courteous, understanding, and always helpful.

  The guy that works there definitely tried everything in the book to not allow me to do a jump upgrade on my phone. Apparently if you have a few scratches on your phone screen you are not entitled to an upgrade according to him and who ever he was asking in a group chat. Even after I called T-Mobile and they specifically said they will accept the phone as long as there is no hair line CRACKS. If I can compare the service at the store to anything it would be the soup nazi from Seinfeld.
