::I have been experiencing issues with this T-Mobile store several times, however today the customer service I received from Damian was so awful that I finally had to write this negative review. Excluding my experiences at this T-Mobile facility on Van Ness Avenue, so far I have been nothing but pleased with T-Mobile. Therefore this kind of experience is shocking. I bought a screen protector for my iPhone at this T-Mobile location on Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco. On the day of purchase, I was offered the option to exchange the screen protector for the slightly more expensive version if I wasn't happy with the screen protector I bought, "just pay the difference". Since I wanted to make sure that this promise would be kept, I requested for this offer to be written on the receipt, which Damian did. (Photo) Within the first ten days, the screen protector has developed a big "bubble" (air under the screen protector; photo). I never drop my phone, so it cannot have happened as a result of anything like that. It was just a bad quality screen protector. After a long argument with another terrible Sales Associate at this T-Mobile store, the bad quality screen protector was exchanged for the same type of screen protector, free of charge, since it showed on my account that the screen protector had been bought only ten days ago. Another two weeks later, and again the screen protector had a large, elongated area of air between the phone and the screen protector. Again, it cannot have happened due to any wrongdoing on my part. As I requested what had been offered to me, this time again Damian was the one "helping" me, he made up excuses and did not keep his words, even after having been reminded of his offer by showing him his own words on the receipt. I am outraged at how I was lied to, mistreated and ripped off at this location. Every single time I went to this location I have left unsatisfied, even angry. I am definitely considering to change my carrier that's how mistreated I feel. Furthermore, Damian was clearly stoned. His eyes were noticeably red and his behaviour was obvious in that regard.

::I bought a case mate iPhone case at this location a couple of weeks ago and the woman who helped me was so sweet and helpful. The case ended up breaking rather quickly, but not expecting for that to happen, I didn't take my original receipt! I just went in to the store again today to see if they could do anything for me, and no questions asked, they switched out the broken piece. I think one of the guy's names was Alex, and the other one I think was a manager - not sure but they were both so awesome, and now I have a sturdy new case :) Even though t-mobile is not my carrier, I will be returning here for new phone accessories. Thank you!!!
