  Staff didn't dismount my sd card when swapping out a defective phone.Then when I called the associate to tell them my phone was giving a corrupted sd card prompt, it was suggested that the sd card had damage prior to the associate handling the phone. Didn't even take the time to walk me thru the set up process. very dissatisfied with the service I received.

  Friendly staff mostly. Usually not crowded which is nice.
