::Usually pretty slow and reps change a lot so it's hit or miss if you get a knowledgeable rep

::Don't waste your time did not a corporate store in the hope they can give you is severely limited

::The sale ladies work was great helping me with my business phones account at this Sprint store

::The staff members are extremely helpful. Well that was a Maury lie. I complied with everything I was supposed to do to get a buy out and the Manager Rey would keep me waiting over an hour each time. The contract is horrible and customer service will not rectify the problems. Now I am in collections and Sprint corp. does not care too fix my problem that was created.by management. Therefore I would not recommend this store because costumers will be mislead. At least I was.

::As this store is not a corporate store, but a franchise, the staff twists facts to make the sale. Even the corporate offices and online customer service representatives are appalled, yet not surprised by their complete lack of knowledge and ethics in furtherance of achieving the goal of a sale over providing stellar customer service, which is sorely lacking. Expect to spend hours in this location for the simplest tasks. The one task performed with precision, efficiency and swiftness is bill payments. The staff is quick to collect money. The only task performed correctly. Each time one enters, one can see a past, present or potential customer leaving in disgust or admonishing the staff about wasting customer time with BS, lies or lack of "accurate, forthcoming, truthful" information. Further still, the entire Sprint company is garbage. They use bait and switch tactics as well as every other deceptive business practice known to man and corporation alike. Those who utilize their Boost Mobile services, receive similar treatment, albeit for a lesser price. Sadly, Sprint will be merging with T-Mobile, another duplicitous corporate entity. This means even more havoc and corporate BS for the consumer. As T-Mobile owns MetroPCS, now the hurt grows even worse for the consumer seeking fairness for an essential, vital service.
