  If there was a “0” Stars option I would’ve selected that! Went into the store to purchase phones for a new account that was already set up and I was told by Leonardo that he didn’t want to assist me because he would not get the commission for the account. And since it was messed up when they set it up, it’s like he has to fix someone else’s work! Unbelievable! If this is how T-Mobile operates I certainly need to stay with AT&T. Customer service is more important than lower prices. I’d rather pay a little more for quality customer care, than to pay less for bad service or that which is nonexistent.
