  Burleson Local Reviewer - Positive: This gamestop probably has the most friendly employees that I have ever encountered in a gamestop in the DFW area. They are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and don't push you to buy something you don't want or need. Games are always in stock and they have a very good merchandise selection with sale always going on. Negative: Some items can be very pricey. For instance: I was looking for a used PS4 controller and was hoping I could get one here for around $20-30, but the cheapest USED controller (which they call "refurbished") they had was $47!? You're kidding right? I can get a NEW controller on sale on Amazon or Ebay for $29.99. Gamestop really needs to change prices on some stuff, especially used items.

  I shop at GameStop a lot and this one is horrible. I bought a PS4 and later that night it wouldn't read and discs. Thinking it was no big deal to return it I went and bought another one from Walmart (around 11pm). When I tried to take it back they said "no refunds on any new items like this", it was witching the 7 day return policy. After this bothering me for a few days because I have $600 tied up in video games that I don't play much I called corporate. They said it was able to be returned except for now it's past the 7 days. They lie about the return policy to keep the sales of the stores up. I will never shop at this one again.
