  This store has extended hours than others in the area. Staff was very helpful and friendly last time I visited. No complaints.

  Jessica was really helpful. First time with T Mobile. Service is great and so is the coversge.

  Elijah was the most helpful representative in this store. He went out of his way to help me resolve my problem. He deserves a pay raise for his time and consideration

  This is the worst T Mobile store I have ever been. Jamil, Carol they both are very rude. I will never go there. I have been told that Omar is the store manager when request to speak to him, Jamil and Carol make different stories and not let me talk the manager. I called customer service and the issue was resolved in less than 10 minuets. At this store they made me to wait over an hour just to speak the manager. If it's a corporate store, I would like tmobile higher authorities should take a relevant steps for the correction of the behaviour. Specially Carol.
