::They "help" me to upgrade to new iphone, the lady did not even bother to ask my Icloud information. She setup the phone as new. So I had to do it again after understanding she had skip backup step. I you are not going to assist customers properly, don't do it. By the way there were 4 people in store not busy at all to justify doing it in rush.

::Wanted to ask for the status on my order that was put through in store. Was promptly put on hold for over 2 hours. Called again and was put on hold indefinitely again. Take your business else where if you value your time

::Bought two supposedly new apple 7 plus phones. The first was already connected to a email account and totally jacked up. The second does not charge properly. Apple could not delete the information nor the account that was on the phone. Apple care said they "never saw this before" could not fix with repeated resets. Att customer support would not arrange anything other than bring back to the same store that supplies jacked up bootleg phones. Avoid this store. Maybe att should be avoided totally.

::So left Verizon and joined AT&T. Left the store and the phone was not working properly. Called the store and they couldn't help, they said to call customer service. Called customer service and after explaining the situation 6-7 times because I kept getting transferred and DISCONNECTED, it was finally resolved. It took over 2 hours to fix. Store did not disconnect my prior phone carrier and set up the line transfer properly. We were on the phone with the prior cell service but the employee didn't make sure both lines were taken care of. Not a great way to start off my service with AT&T. This store needs to make sure they are completing the transfer of service for a customer. Both lines should have been moved over the same time and my prior phone service disconnected. The employee at this location did a half a@@ job. Once I finished with customer service and we discovered the problem, it could have been avoided if the store employee carefully made sure he did his job. This was completely avoidable.

::Worst service ever!! They don't even know what offers does at&t have. Useless customer service. Even the manager has no idea what offers does att have. We need to educate them on the offers. The chat reps asked me to go there and now they say we cant help you and we don't know why they routed you to the store. Absolutely useless. I recommend you all get some training before you open the store
