  Polite and awesome. Spoke to Jake whose courteousness and helpfulness on the phone made buying two bottles of dry white wine a breeze. We spoke to five other wine shops on the phone, all rude and rushed us. It's amazing to me when stores have an aversion to making money. Thanks to sutton wine shop I was able to send a thank you gift in record time.
