::If I could, I wouldn't even give this place one star but in order to post a review, I must. This place is ridiculously pretentious and snobby! Extremely poor client services that I've seen in my 17 years of living in the city. The staff (including the manager) is in desperate need of training in dealing with simple financial transactions/procedures and professional demeanor when it comes to client services. They treated us like second class citizens purely based on our attire. And on top of that, due to their non-functioning credit card machine, they acted as though the denied transaction was not a surprise since of course, people who roll up in gym clothes simply can't have money and wouldn't buy wine (by the way, we made purchases just before entering the shop so we know the problem is not on our end). So I'm sure a lot of people say they never write reviews and such, but I honestly do not because I am genuinely lazy when it comes to things like these. However, this experience I had today was more than compelling to do so. To those who work at Crush, you need to adjust your attitude when handling clients and not judge people by their clothing and ultimately, do your jobs better.

::Wide selection and good chances to find also interesting vintages. Prices are pretty much alligned with the (high) Manhattan avarage

::Great store. Extensive selection of high quality stuff. Attentive staff as well who are helpful but don't hover.
