  They do not know what they are doing. I asked for a 10 day payoff for a loan and was told they dont do it. I have never heard of this. Plus my account was on automatic withdrawal from day one and i have gotten late charges because the due was on a weekend and they didnt pull it.

  Worst customer service! I've tried to change my phone number over the phone. The lady was not in the mood to help Me at all...after asking her 3 times to change my phone number, she told me that my phone cannot be added. Ask for supervisor and waited for 15mins. Finally went into the app, found where I was able to change my number and was successfully updated.... Don't know what kind of error she had on the computer. I think that's was: not in the mood error!

  The SunTrust bank at 25 Park Place closed in July, 2017. A new SunTrust branch opened a block awaw at 26 Peachtree Street.
