  Invigorating, dynamic workouts with great teachers. Very clean studio with top of the line equipment. For all levels of fitness.

  I've taken 6 or 7 regular Barre classes there so far and it's an amazing workout, works every muscle! Everyone there is lovely, very understanding and helpful. If you are uncomfortable doing a move or simply cannot do something they will instruct you how to modify. It's fun, motivating, and challenging in a good way.
