  I absolutely love my trainer Katie!! She understands my physical limitations and works to not only fix them but to create a complete overall better me. She is patient but pushes me...I have definitely made huge strides under her watchful and caring eye!!

  Very clean gym, nice equipment, not crowded, good choice of classes and very friendly staff!
