  This place is unreachable. I have been calling several times over last 1 month to schedule an appointment and no one EVER picks up. Complete waste of time. We dont need response from the social team asking to send email to social@sutterhealth. Please fix the problem in the first place. sleep center cannot be ever so busy that they dont have time to pick the phone. Even a grocery store owner picks up the phone when you call them. This is totally unacceptable

  I've tried calling this place multiple times on multiple days and they never pick up. The only way to reach them is to go to the office and make an appointment that way. We have come in twice now to do this. Both times I was told they were understaffed and could not answer the phone; both times I test called while we were standing at the counter staring at the front desk, and there was literal silence. How can they pick up if the phones don't ring? My impression is that they mute the phones, and they don't care what happens because we are assigned to their office through insurance. If you have a choice, do not come here.

  As all other reviewers clearly indicated, this place is pretty much unreachable. Several phone calls to schedule an appointment and no one ever picks up. Complete waste of time. Thanks to all the previous reviewers, I have decided not to work with this place, saving me from great deal of frustration. Unacceptable (dis)service from PAMF. P.S. Please don't respond to this comment asking me to email you. Instead pick up the phone

  I have been a patient of Sleep Center twice. Last year and this year. Every time the processionals I was dealing with were very helpful and very kind. The process was explained thoroughly, all questions answered. This year the person who explained how to install testing equipment was MR Jesse Cote. Extremely pleasant and very helpful. I believe that the problem with reviews is that writing them demands an effort, that is why reviews are mostly written by people dissatisfied. You see, it is easy to write in anger, anger gives you energy. Satisfied people do not write because they expected excellence and since they received it ... why to write?

  My mom and I have been having issues getting in contact with this sleep center for a year! The ONE time I was able to get anything from them, I went there early in the morning and just walked in. She was finally able to take her sleep study and was diagnosed with severe apnea. Now, we have to get her fitted for equipment and again, we cannot get through to a person. Her doctor told her this is the only sleep study place they can send her to. I am so frustrated.
