  They are kind, gentle, smart and efficient. Great group of doctors, nurses and supporting staff. First class hospital.

  The main security guy (bald white guy) thinks he’s a cop or something. He picks and chooses who he lets in and who he talks nice to. My wife cant even walk after a horrible C section done here of course and didn’t let me walk in with her but let others white ladies walk with with their spouse. Nurses are nice though

  I just got done with major abdominal surgery and am so happy with the outcome. I would like to give a special thanks to Dr Danovitch and Dr Tong for doing such an great job given the complexity of my surgery. All the nurses and staff were also very good and attentive. Everyone at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara made the first surgery I had go perfectly…and I am so grateful.

  Without going into private details I can say that the poor care here far out weighs the good. The communication between the staff is terribly poor and the staff would benefit from taking some classes on bedside manner. Its unfortunate that the many bad experiences I have had here with the care of loved ones and myself have all been ignored when brought to the attention of management. If you are able to visit a different location you may have a better experience.

  This is our first year using Kaiser and we are happy with it. We had our annual check up done, immunization shots done, blood drawn, prescription filled, all done in the same building within a couple of hours. The staff was very courteous. They have signs showing available parking spaces in each parking lot/garage, and also valet parking that doesn’t allow tipping.
