::Finding an employee to show where products are, and if finally one appears with a begrudging attitude, is my experience every time i shop there. I love shopping at hardware stores. But ill never shop at this store! Customer service is non-existent, a systemic problem. Ace is by far, superior! This store offers no worthwhile sales/deals and prices steep, the high end. Poor customer service! Noticed store isn't busy with shopping customers. Get it together. Stale n old.

::I like the one in Sun City West better, but this one is pretty good. Last I time I was here, no staff person would make eye contact, they were too busy unpacking a delivery. Checkout clerk was friendly. Convenient location.
