  Waited 10 minutes at the paint counter while the woman working there refused to acknowledge me. When she finally did, she informed me that their color match machine was not working. Thanks for wasting my time.

  I'm a handyman by trade, I do alot of business with home improvement stores. I did not appreciate being followed around the store like a thief. I knew it wasn't my imagination, when the five associate standing near the exit dispersed after I purchased my items. Einstein's Bagels once forgot to put cream cheese in my bagel and I never went back. I will definitely not be coming back to this Lowe's location ever again.

  I had scheduled an appointment for a cabinet consultation. We arrived 5 minutes prior and waited for 30 minutes for the consultant. He never showed. Spoke to the manager on duty (who we had apparently inconvenienced by calling him over) and he was unable to get a hold of the guy, even calling his personal cell. Needless to say, we cancelled the appointment and went to Home Depot where we received instant service (without an appointment). Lowe's will not be getting any more of our business as they believe their time is more important than ours (which is incorrect). The only reason they deserve one star is because their customer service associate who called the manager was awesome.
