  I was going to buy some cookies and use the restroom but as I was walking back to the restroom a fat short brown lady was running out of the bathroom, slammed the door and ran into the kitchen area. Another girl came out and I asked if I could buy some cookies and use the restroom and she said “no, only real customers can. Only customers who buy a sandwich.” At this point I was so annoyed that I just walked out of the store. That is not a part of their company policy. At this point they were just making things up. Rude.

  The reason I am giving this 1 star is because that store discriminated against disabled people me and would ignore me and go to the next person. I spoke up my friend spoke up they still ignored me. I was in need of food and they where the only place that was close I could walk to. We were there for about 30 minutes. During the process of them ignoring me My service dog alerted to an episode so I had to leave and find a quiet place. I did not feel safe in that place. Which ended up ruining the rest of my night. I had to cancel plans to go back to the hotel and recover. Worst part I can’t even contact subway customer Service because do you have to have a phone number or do you need a receipt to send him a message. Believe me I’ve been trying. I have been trying. I will never go to any Subway anymore!!!! I wrote on my Facebook group for disabled to let them know my horrible experience. I was there for a good 30 minutes they gave my friend food because she went in before us ( I was having a hard time getting up the stairs).

  I ordered online. I asked for extra spinach however didn’t get more. I asked to cut in three pieces, it was in two pieces. Employees were friendly and polite. Quality was good. Employee probably need training to read online orders. Overall good spot.

  I don’t usually review fast food chains but the scores for this Subway have me completely in shock. It could be that we went in very early but we had excellent customer service from the people behind the counter. Our orders were taken accurately and with speed. And as far as I could tell, everything was in stock! If you didn’t like your sandwich then it’s a you problem. They only put what you like on there.

  My meatball sub was great but these mini sandwiches we're pathetic. The 2 female employees could have done less eye rolling and exhaling like I was disturbing them from doing something else...would have made me way my pathetic flattened sandwiches in silence.
