::I placed an online order on the app. I reached for pick up before the scheduled time. There was no one in the store when I reached. But someone came in just after me. The employee asked me if it was okay that he make the order for the customer who just came in before they made mine. I said that would be okay. Once he started preparing my order I was standing at the counter to see if they had any questions. They were rude and constantly complaining why I was standing. Then started talking to their colleague in Spanish thinking that I wouldn't understand it. They just said things like why is the person here ordering with a deal and making us make a sandwich and then expecting service. At that point of time I asked to talk to their manager. The employee called their manager and the response from the manager was I am not going to come in or talk on the phone. If you want you can register a complaint online. I have been to this store multiple times. I have not had any issues apart from this particular employee. Even once before this they were very rude. But I let that go considering it was a one off thing. The employee wouldn't even tell me their name and said I should do what I want. But the managers name is Martin. I wasn't even provided a receipt after that. I had to figure out the details of the store online. I am not sure if anyone is going to take this complaint seriously online. Since the store manager wasn't interested. But this is worst possible experience considering that I was nothing but polite when I came in. Treating a customer this horribly is no excuse.

::They will never honor the mobile offers applied to the order. They just won't make the order and keep on insisting that they never received the order. This is my 3rd time this happened.

::horrific service, employee waited to do online orders until customers walked in so we had to wait. sandwich station is disgusting looks like it hadnât been cleaned all day. employee did not put the right portions on sandwich, only like 10 pieces of lettuce on my foot long. white male with glasses and long hair clearly does not care about the state of the restaurant, should not be working there with no supervision.

::Horrible experience. First of all, Iâve never met a ruder person in customer service. Older maybe 60 yr old guy from the moment we entered was rude and probably racist. Upset at us for ordering online, seemed mad at us that he didnât have the bread we ordered, like it was our fault. Barely any meat. He messed up 2 separate order and then got defensive with us and didnât even apologize just saying ânot my faultâ! Never again will we go back! Whatâs worse was that he was rude in front of my 3 young impressionable kids who sadly had to see how some people can be without any regard for other people feelings .

::Normally I wouldnât leave a review for a subway but there was only one lady working when I visited the day before the 4th of July (around 7?) and the line was out the door. She handled it like a damn champ and remained friendly and professional despite people with ridiculous requests who paid more attention to their phone than their order. Wish Iâd gotten her name - she deserves a raise or promotion. đđđ PS: If youâre the kind of person who orders a chop salad (??? at subway? Really?) during the lunch rush then may you choke on your olives and never return.
