::Pretty poor experience here sandwhich was supposed to be toasted, it wasn't and I tried to sit down and eat but was pestered by Flys and Nats.

::Average subway. Good place to eat lunch while waiting for an oil change.

::The staff was nice. My sandwich only had chicken and onions and cheese. Why might you ask? The lettuce in the bin was clearly bad as it was brown and soggy and color with slimy bits. When I asked them for different lettuce they opened the second camera on the bar which contained identical lettuce with a different time sticker I said that's not what lettuce is supposed to look like. The employee turned around and grabbed a third camera of lettuce out of the cooler behind her. This too had yet a different time sticker on it and was also filled with bad slimy Brown lettuce. Had I wanted spinach I wouldn't have been able to get that either as it has slimy spots all over it and is wilty and doesn't look right. Honestly it's hard for me to tell whether or not tomatoes are good normally. So I refrained from them as well. Your capicola looks like rotten beef. You guys are going to make someone sick.

::So went inside and the girl there was by herself with no help and couldn't help other customers .. such a shame they would leave one person todo everything... won't be coming back to this subway again unless they change it such shame ... had to wait 1 hour before I could get my sandwich after waiting I left with out my order . 😩 never will be coming back such a waste of my time

::Dylan Dailey, I remember you. You were extremely rude. You wanted 95 of our dollars after buying a two dollar pretzel. And after *Theresa* explained why we couldn’t you continued to call her names and argue. My mother has been in the business a long time and knows how it works, and doesn’t discriminate. She just didn’t want to run out of money in the register so we couldn’t give other customers proper change. You and your female companion were rude to her even after she calmly explained it to you. And Carmen Lopez, If the customer is wrong they are wrong. If the customer says that they are supposed to get something for free they aren’t going to get it for free, because they are simply incorrect. Being rude does not further your chance of getting better service. *theresa* has excellent customer service skills, she just calls it how it is. She does not let people bully her into getting their way because she is a strong independant woman who knows better than to let an ignorant customer call her names and then get what they want. Maybe you guys should try being nicer and then maybe people will treat you better. Until then, you’re not going to be treated very good the way you both go around criticizing those doing their jobs.
