Predatory billing practices. DO NOT GO HERE! I saw this dentist once for a standard annual exam. I later received a bill and now have to pay out of pocket almost $300 for things that my insurance will not cover. I am so upset and have never been taken advantage of like this at a dentist.

I've seen Dr. Stutsman once, & he was caring and attentive to my dental concerns. HOWEVER, their billing practices are quite predatory, after confirming my dues in office, I received a SECOND bill for ADDITIONAL costs, this was after speaking with my insurance and their staff while in office. BE CAREFUL OF THEIR BILLING PRACTICES.

Hi I have been a patient of Dr. Stutsman since I arrived here more than a year ago. He and his office were recommended to me by a fellow employee. This was a great recommendation as he is excellent to work with and has an engaging personality. His skills are superior and he always seeks to make sure his patients are doing well and comfortable. In addition, the office staff is friendly, helpful and the hygienists are awesome. I had my teeth cleaned this week and she did a great job and helped me feel comfortable. I feel like a valued patient and I certainly value them! Karen

So far, so good! I've only been once but two things I look for in a dentist. One: They aren't pushy about getting work done. I have a very small cavity, but I don't want to get it filled just yet. I take good care of my teeth and have kept it in check for years without any further decay. Dr. Stutsman was respectful of that and did not try to scare me into anything. Two: they weren't overly zealous about x-rays either. As a new patient I understand that they need records to see what the heck is going on in there but I prefer to get them pretty infrequently since they're expensive and I think a non-issue if you brush extensively and floss everyday and don't have any overt problems or pain. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them. I also like that they're located downtown. Parking can be an issue but it's convenient for my husband who works downtown anyway.
