Dr. Allen & her staff have gone above and beyond to help me with some significant dental issues I was having after some poor dental work was done by another provider. I can't say enough good things about them... except Thank you all so much for the job you do and how you choose to do it!

I'll start off by giving the cliff notes; Dr Allen did an amazing job with my veneers and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking; I've already referred over a friend. The long story. First off, I'm a very particular person who likes things to be at least 99% perfect or else I'll make the situation hell until I'm satisfied. Quite the angel I am? I ask a lot of questions (more than most) and try to understand the outcome and every detail of a process as much as possible before proceeding forward. I leave no stone unturned. I am a very young, yes very, 41 year old who decided to enhance my smile with a new set of veneers. I looked around Dallas/Plano and met with 4 dentists that I believed were the best in the area. All were very good experiences, but one suggested that I get braces for 2 years to correct my bite (no way.. I forgot to mention I'm also impatient) and 2 others that quickly said "no problem, let's do it" without hestitation. Due to the comments from one dentist about my bite, the only other dentist who brought it up was Dr. Allen of Dallas Dental Arts and she spent a considerable amount of time and multiple visits to ensure that the end result would be ok. That brought an extra level of comfort that I didn't have with the others after realizing that they didn't spend much time examining my bite to see if I was truly a candidate. After a couple months of deliberating on this (this is a big decision and truly irreversible), I moved forward with Dr. Allen. The staff is also amazing and friendly, which was a big positive. She put me in temporaries for a month until the real ones were fabricated. My temps looked better than most people's perms, by the way. We spent a good amount of time crafting the final look together with what I really wanted (remember.. I'm very particular). Then came the permanents... wow! I assumed that I'd come in and find issues to correct that would frustrate me, but NOT ONE. I took them AS-IS. no modifications, corrections... the texture on them looked great, the sizes & shapes were as expected and the color was exactly what I wanted. I know she was sitting there holding her breath waiting for my reaction! haha ;) I have a lot of friends that have veneers and most of them look "Fake" in some way or another... but not mine! I highly recommend Dr. Allen and Dallas Dental Arts and am so pleased with her attention to detail and desire to make sure the end result was EXACTLY what I wanted (... or else)!
