  This location is the best. Have been there and sat inside a few times recently. Place is clean and food is fresh, timely and delicious.

  Server was cussing someone out on their phone as I was pulling up to the drive thru 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING. (Not appropriate..understandable it was later. Doubling all day in a restaurant myself I just wanted SOMETHING to eat.) No one answered the drive thru multiple people waiting ($$) could see people inside talking, plenty of staff. Isn’t the first time and I just thought this should be more of a priority.

  I had an issue with my coupon not working and the manager went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. All of the staff was friendly, my food was delicious and didn't take long at all.

  Ordered through the mobile app for curbside pickup. After waiting 10 minutes at the spot I gave up on having my food brought out. So i pulled into the drive thru and was told they don't do curb side and they also refused to give me my order through the window. So I was forced to go into the restaurant to pickup my food. Food was also cold and gross. Not eating here again.

  THE worst steak ‘n shake. The food is NOT good anymore. It’s never warm. Ordered this single steak burger… it had the SMALLEST patty on it. No tomato, lettuce or mustard. I asked for everything on it. And as you can see, the cheese is not melted at all. Honestly.. just go for the shakes. Save your money and skip the food.
