::Incomplete delivery order...been on hold with store for 45 minutes. Customer service chat app doesn't actually work on mobile. Finally reached customer service through desktop browser and they told me to reach out to the store manager, nothing else they can do.

::This is the second and last time we will use Papa John's. When we call, we leave detailed delivery instructions. They gave out phone number, obviously. However, I guess it is easier just to leave it sit outside our garage door....twice. Really? When I called back to tell them that is was sitting outside the garage, and the driver did not call, the manager was very rude. I'm making a phone call to their corporate office.

::The new pizza bowls are great. Easy to customize, plenty of options and a big portion. Although there are many pizza places around, this Pap Johns location always get it right. I will take consistency over surprised good anytime.

::Every time that you schedule delivery hours ahead of time, it's consistently 30+ minutes late. One time, it didn't show up at all (though the did refund us the money and remake the order) The consistency of tardy pizza is truly remarkable. The carry out business is consistently good though.

::Quality has seriously slipped beyond repair. We order pizza regularly because it’s an easy fix. I’d bet we order pizza at least 6-8 times each month and it’s always to feed others. The point of this is that it’s easy to overlook some quality issues if it’s just the wife and I, but seeing the people you’re buying pizza for disappointed when the order arrives is a whole other thing. Tonight we ordered one of their new New York style pizzas, one called “The Works”, and chicken wings. Each pizza barely has anything on it. Very little pepperoni on the NY style pizza. The one called “The Works” had very little on it and shouldn’t be called “The Works” at all. Not even close. Especially when you’ve spent nearly $50 bucks for the lot after including a tip. Speaking of tips. Here’s mine. Until this store places quality high on their list of things to achieve, buy your pizza and wings somewhere else. Some frozen pizzas are far better than what was delivered tonight.
