  The people who work in the offices are RUDE!! The casherirs are nicer but do not ask to speak with a person in the offices they will bite you. I rather make Bussiness in the one on Macedonia Rd. Alll the people there are super nice specially the tellers.

  Cary Walnut Street branch. Agent Keona Phelps assisted me with a CD transaction. She was very courteous and professional.

  They are good about everything it's the loans for me I have been with them over 13yrs and have direct deposit still won't give me a loan but i love there online access its great

  Bank constantly takes money out of my savings for non existent “overdraft” fees and then proceeds to make me feel stupid when I call and ask about it. 10/10 would not recommend this bank

  I opened an account with SECU in 1962. Through all these years I have always found a friendly staff, very efficient in all account transactions. I would never think of going anywhere else to handle my financial needs. Thank you.
