::The baristas were too quick and didn't pay attattent to detail. I asked for no whip and coconut milk and they put whip cream on it. I kindly said that I asked for no whipped cream, she took it back and scraped the whipped cream off leaving a bunch of chunks still in my drink. I was in a rush so i didn't even bother to have her remake it so I scooped the rest out into the trash can and lost about 1/4 of my drink. Thank goodness I don't have a dairy allergy, I am vegan so I don't eat dairy, but they don't know that so they should've just remade it because that can be really bad. Another one of our group ordered a drink and her cup was half full and the rest was all foam... Their straw/lid bar was not properly stocked and staff just seemed too busy to give a proper greeting or even just a smile. I was very dissatisfied. I would give 0 stars if I could!

::As someone who has worked in coffee industry before, I get that it can be stressful. My problem is you should still be doing your job. So this experience started with me walking up to an empty counter with no customers except two people who had already ordered before me and me with pleasant attitude, but in a rush. I ordered and waited for my latte. Then a big crowed came right behind me and ordered. You would think that because I order first my drink would come up first. NOT what happened. I got my order last, after two lattes and a frap. I finally got my drink, but between Nick ( my incompetent guy on the drink area), the 5 people dealing with one problem behind the counter (how many people does it take to screw in a lightbulb situation), and Nick's insistence in asking Alexa what's going on (like asking your iphone) my drink to 3x longer to make the it should have. Nick do your job first then kid around with your co-workers. There was no reason that it should take that long to make a latte.

::I go there 1 - 2 days per week on my way to work, and occasionally if we are heading past and want coffee. The employees typically seem 2/3 awake in the morning, and they've not charged me for items, forgotten to give things, etc. The coffee is not that great, slightly below most Starbucks in NJ (which are some of the worst I've been to worldwide). But whatever, it's coffee at 6:00 am, good enough. Today though I arrived at my normal 5:55 am time before work to find the Starbucks still closed, the gate/wall barrier thing was still around the store. No sign or explanation. I checked online to make sure the hours hadn't changed. Nope. Was supposed to open at 5:30. As I walked out I saw an employee I know works there walking slowly through the parking lot. I'm not sure what was going on. I had to stop for coffee a second time on my way to work (this time at Dunkin' Donuts) and was late for work because of the extra time taken. In any case, this is a NJ Starbucks. If you've been to Starbucks in other states or countries, or better yet well made non Starbucks esspresso, you'll know what I mean.

::Went there in the morning. Employees gave the feeling like they hated their job. One was sleeping behind the cash register. No "thank You" when I gave them my business. Other 2 where having a conversation with zero interaction with customers. Counter with creamers and sugar was dirty with creamers almost empty. This probably should of been attended to by the person sleeping behind the register. My guess is no manager was there or they need a better one. Coffee still good though so 2 stars.
