  Quick, organized service. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Loved the food. I had lox on a croissant. They were very accommodating to my special request

  I have also been coming here since I've been very young--now that I live in Chicago I always crave a good NY style bagel. While it may not be "authentic" in that sense, their bagels and food generally taste delicious and are reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and the food is made quickly and with fresh ingredients. I have been a long term customer and expect to continue to be so many years into the future
