  I've been ordering their chocolates online for a few years now, but I've never been into one of their stores until now. We were in the area today and decided to swing in. The employees were so nice. They provided sample chocolates as well.

  Worst Starbucks ever since they open there, I’ve been long term fan of Starbucks this location, also I used to work for Starbucks for. While. I understand got COVID hit comes go business looks reckless situation however young three employees are working there, the one girl was sitting on the prep counter next coffees machines pot and chatting without any attentions for customers, two boys are kicking punching like playing around. Omg top of that, the restrooms; you will lost your coffee taste. Young kids! When you get a job do your right thing! This is making look down the world brand name Starbucks reputation.

  Good atmosphere, friendly workers and drink. Lots of seating. My big issue is only one outlet for all the seating available, which is quite unfortunate when I came here to get some work done and the only spot with access to it is occupied.

  For a Saturday morning, it is incredibly slow. Ordered ahead and waited almost 20 minutes. 3 employees and no one helping the single barista.

  This is my go to Starbucks, let me start off by saying the employees here have Beyond excellent customer service super nice outgoing and very helpful the Baristas also get the drinks out quickly as possible but they taste like they taking their time. This has to be the cleanest Starbucks that I've been to so far in Bellevue Washington their display setting is actually fully stocked an organized and most importantly for the first time in my life this Starbucks has to have the cleanest bathroom I've ever been in. For some reason all Starbucks have visit have dirty bathrooms but this one does not. Every time I come to visit Shay or Kelly other ones that take my order and they're super duper nice and very professional as well as friendly. I always forget the name of my drink and everytime I come which is only been a few times they remember for me and the way I like to drink it so they make it perfect every time I wish that I could write this 10 Stars but since I can't I definitely rated a full five. For being in a High populated area since they are so fast there's never usually a Superbad line like that you can follow their Facebook page online if you look up Starbucks Factoria Boulevard number #3 3 3 6 I am not an employee I'm just a customer who thinks they deserve a real rating as well as a good one. I will definitely start going out of my way to come to this store because it's better than going to Keksey creek and dealing with rude employees there.
