::The coffee shop is located inside Target with easy access to the Factoria Mall. It has plenty of tables and chairs to sit with the family. The coffee drinks such as a regular Latte and Chai Tea Latte taste average, nothing special about them. I personally did not like the fact that it’s too loud as it is close to the mall entrance.

::Not the best representation of this popular coffee cafe chain, but works in a pinch. It's not the product, it's the environment. It's just not a comfortable place to enjoy your cup of Joe. ::Too busy talking and missed my whole drink. There were 3 people back there but only one person making drinks out of order. Sloppy.

::Terrible. I ordered a white mocha, spent $6 just to receive half a cup full of orange whipped cream. Next time specify that the latte you’ll receive is very little and it’ll be all sugar.

::I feel bad writing this but I hope it is helpful to Starbucks. Maybe it could be a training opportunity in customer service and efficiency. I had a client meeting at 10:30 am today. We got in line and were the first in line. They were not busy AT ALL. There had been two other men in line and they were already waiting for their drinks. We waited and waited and waited. Finally, I said something nicely to the older women and she barked back that she was making two other drinks. Those two men had to have been waiting for their drinks for over 5 minutes. Why does it take so long to make two drinks? There was someone else in the back doing something. No one greeted us either. Finally, after about 7 minutes of waiting in line we went to Panera. Everyone has bad days but my client works around the area and says this is a pattern. Bad for business. I will not be going back. My client's time is valuable.
