  They ask if you want your cookie heated. You answer no, twice. 15 seconds later your cookie is in the microwave anyway.

  The staff is fast but they are getting busier and busier, the lines went from small to super long in a matter of no time. Great store tho, just the unfortunate price of popularity.

  Takes forever to get drinks even simple drinks like ice coffee. Staff stand around chatting with friends. I worked for starbucks years ago and I expect a certain level of service which is pretty basic you don't even have to be nice just fast and accurate.

  Not a great customer service type of place. I got a paper cut while I was doing school work there and I asked for a bandaid. One of the guys stalled to go get one and once he went to the back to " get one" he never came back for me. I was there standing for the past 4 minutes and I told his colleague to please let me know when he gets one for me as I'm bleeding ... & he never returned out with one. Instead I saw him return back to his duties ... disgusting. I guess it's more okay to spread my blood all over this work place instead I guess ? 3 of the workers heard me but none helped me out. Cool.
