  Ordered a large hot coffee latte. They used a cheap lid and made a message. Did not give the lid to sip with. Will not return. Gave no ketchup with my two egg and cheese wraps. Very dissatisfied.

  Watered down coffee. They actually don't water the coffee down, I suspect they just run the machine again after the beans are spent to make another pot. So sleazy. Starbucks is across the street. 2.50 for water and milk....

  Bathrooms are not very well kept, floors dirty and when I went there was only one worker and everyone was having issues with their orders
