  The two workers were too busy in their conversation. I asked for a caramel frap. The lady dropped it on the counter with the whip cream and after that only added a bit more. There was cream all over the outside of it. She wasn't very nice or friendly. Workers like that make customers not want to come back.

  Small and quaint location that has been around forever now. Friendly and charming staff.

  Starbucks has a sign on the wall that says they are leaving a smaller footprint on earth but they give everybody 2 cups and a sleeve for each cup of whatever. How is that leaving a smaller footprint? These cups come from trees, you need to cut down twice as many trees to give 2 cups for each drink. I don't mind the 2 cups and a sleeve but please take the sign down.
