::I waited for a nitro cold brew for ten minutes meanwhile the store was empty and drive through had two people in it. The staff were laughing running around with each other to and from the back which I did not appreciate considering I come to the location to complete work (therefore have to meet strict deadlines). On top of that, I have heard the workers talk about how smelly some people are(in an inappropriate/derogatory manner)that come in here that are houseless, speaking about them after they leave the store, which I do not appreciate either; houseless people are still people and they deserve respect too...everyone is going through something, some peoples struggles are visible and other peoples are invisible. More respect and consideration for all would be nice.

::Staff always very nice. Orders always right. Biggest concern is it takes the longest to get your order of any Starbucks Ive been to. Staff are always pleasant and items always hot so nothings sitting there getting cold...Maybe just not enough staff to get things moving a bit more??

::5 people got helped in the drive-through before 1 person in the store in line. 6 gals working and not one of them willing to open a second register when I asked. I was very upset that the 1 girl ringing up was also making the drinks she took the order for inside the store. All other 5 girls were on the drive through and online orders. So much for your local coffee shop.

::I've only gone to this location twice. So I can't say this happens often but I found a bug in my tea. Unfortunately I did not touch or check my drink before I drove off and got to work. I know accidents happen but this was very gross and unfortunate. Idk if I'll visit this location for a while.
