Nice people, clean, efficient. Not a lot of employee chatter, joking around or gossip. I do t know how I feel about that. LOL But seriously, anyone who can work a Starbucks at 9 am with all the kids skipping school getting their free water and the drive-through mom's getting caffeinated for their day deserves a prize. Oh! And the pink drink never disappoints for a bribe before or after the orthodontist.

I was standing at the counter for at least 4 to 5 min before someone came to take my order. Someone was willing counters others in their own conversation, and some were actually working. When I received my drinks, they both taste like steamed milk (vanilla latte and caramel macchiato) so I went back in the store and the barista was a little argumentative about how the drinks were supposed to be made. What she doesn't know is in a certified barista and I just wanted them fixed, but she talked too much to listen.

Please manage the availability of your products better. I specifically went to this one bc it has all the items I wanted and ordered it all online where it said it was available and when I got to this location I had to ask where a missing item I had paid for was. Which took a while and became awkward as two of the employees ignored my obvious need for assistance. Response was "it's not in there?" Which I responded it wasn't. Another employee popped behind her and just said "we're out of the avocado spread" and just sort of stared. No apology or offer to fix. I almost just walked out, then I remembered I was charged for this item and had to flag them down again (they were not busy at all) to ask for a refund of the product they claimed they were out of. The girl then asked me "oh you want a refund for it?". Did she assume I was just fine with them taking my money and not providing the product in return?? Little cringy. Little embarrassing for you guys. She headed over to the cash register and I had to assume to follow her. She did it without a word besides pretty sharply asking for my Starbucks card like I was making her do something that I didn't deserve. Still no apology for wasting my time (I was on the clock at my own job) or attempting to keep my money. Rude and dismissive and only one other guest in the store with multiple employees working. Once I was able to enjoy the item I did get, and saw it was clearly labeled that I had requested sriracha on it, and there was not a single drop in it. By the way their work demeanor was and the type of brush off customer service I had already encountered, I think it's safe to say that they saw I had requested the sauce and just didn't care enough to follow through since it was a pick up. I'm embarrassed for this location and I won't be going back. Already told my coworkers about this cringy treatment and they'll be avoiding too. Maybe they only like customers who are okay with being treated dismissively and attempting to keep money that they did not deserve. I can't believe she was surprised I wanted a refund for a product they didn't have. Please train better. Still won't be going back. I prefer to spend my money on actual products I receive and my time to be valued as well as my business. Which they clearly do not. Do better guys. So disappointing

Will rarely go to Starbucks due no longer allowing paying customers to use the bathroom. They sell tea and coffee and want us to stay but don't care if you have to go to the bathroom as a result of their products.

30 minute wait while the guy working drive-thru chops it up with his buddy after they have already received their drinks. They shared photos on a tablet, spoke about instagram and were so loud about the personal conversation! Finally got to the window and it took another 12 minutes to get out drinks. The gentleman working kept flirting and poking the female employee. He walked away in the middle of making our order twice after she started working the window. The inside lobby was 100% empty! Our drinks were room temperature and 3/4 of the way full. I use to work for Starbucks and this is not the standard they pride themselves in. Photo added of the young man!
