  Waiting for 10 minutes at the front counter and no one was at the front counter or near the storefront and the sink was running. They were definitely open though... then the person working didn't even know how to load a gift card. Waste of a trip

  Just moved nearby. Been here three times in the past 2 weeks. All of them bad experiences. 2 of those, I was second in line both times and ended up waiting over 20 (!!!) minutes just to take my drink order. In fact, I'm writing this review as I'm waiting in line. That's not necessarily the fault of the single employee working on a Sunday morning (!!!), but it might have been partly the fault of the employee sitting in the lounge area watching us wait with their headphones in. The other time, had a simple drink order, vanilla skim latte, that had no vanilla when it came out and did not appear to have foam. The wait alone kills this place for me but especially if they can't make a simple drink. Don't waste your time at this one. I'll be hopeful that they improve just because I'm close by, but this place currently isn't worth the investment you put in it.

  This is one of those Starbucks that is part of a grocery store. There was a little bit of love a line when we went to, but I think that's expected at any Starbucks in a busy area. All of our drinks tasted fine

  This place needs a lot more work. Baristas are inconsistent, and it seems hey have a high turnover rate. I haven't seen more than maybe two employees smile more than once in the 9 months I have lived here and been coming here. The drinks are fine, but the sitting area is typically dirty and the tables are covered in food and stuff, also Safeway security doesn't do much to keep beggars out of the entrance area and sitting area, so there is that too.
