  Ordered a latte, they gave me a cappuccino, said I ordered a latte, he poured in some more skimmed milk and said " there you go!". Never going back there again.

  They're not allowed to give you the code for the bathroom. You have to ask them to open it for you.

  Friendly, efficient counter service, and we got one of the two outdoor tables. Did have to fend off 3 panhandlers.

  Arranged to meet up with a friend here before going to dinner. It's not a sit down Starbucks, really. There are only maybe 5 actual chairs in the entire place. It's more there so morning office workers can get coffee on their way to work. The people who work there are super nice, though.

  This used to be my absolute favorite Starbucks. Went there every morning. There have been some staff changes over the past couple of weeks, and it's gone straight downhill. The new morning barista at this location is a nice guy, but he has screwed up my espresso drink literally every day for the entire week. Twice it tasted like he used the wrong milk (I drink coconut milk), and twice it tasted like he sprinkled chocolate or something on top. On top of that, the coffee taste is just off...tastes very different from what's normally used in the espresso machines. Also, I noticed this morning that the rag he's using to "clean" the steamer handle sits in a puddle of spilled milk at the base of the machine. I'm not one to complain, and maybe I should've gone back and done so - that's on me - but why is no one checking on him to make sure he's doing things right? He is new after all. Won't be back until things improve.
