  You either get an amazing person to help you or a rude person. Unfortunately all of the staff is not as friendly as the others.

  Super friendly service. Awesome seating (plenty). Fast, free WiFi. Outlets everywhere. Coffee and food was great. I needed to kill an hour+ before a meeting and this was a home run. Thanks guys.

  Mostly horrible service perhaps because it is constantly busy but more likely poorly managed. Poor communication between workers causes too many mistakes when ordering. Baristas usually in foul mood during to poor lines of communication leading to delayed orders not being made well. The customer is never right here and baristas give attitude when asked to correct mistakes. The only saving grace for this location is that in the end, despite all the poor service, they are still using franchised Starbucks espresso beans. The Black Cow around the corner has FANTASTICALLY much better service, ambience, smoother espresso drinks, and fresh pastries, unlike the plasticky overpriced refrigerated products Starbucks now offers.

  Fave place for coffee. Hippeas vegan snacks, scones and salads are terrific!
