  Very friendly staff, always a fresh cup of coffee. A great place to sit while waiting for the train. Free WiFi and fresh baked goods.

  Been going here for many years. Customer service has declined significantly since the owner is no longer there on a consistent basis. I use the app to order every morning and there is always a problem when I get there to pick it up. Yesterday, I ordered a decaf coffee with toffee nut swirl online. When I got there, it was just a medium plain black coffee. When I was finally able to pull one of servers away from chatting with her coworker, Maria came over and I questioned why it was just plain. In her broken English she said it was correct. After going back and forth, she finally called over another employee & I told her there was no swirl in my coffee. She said that toffee was not a swirl it was a flavor shot and it has no sugar. I then asked if she had any other swirls and she just looked at me like she didn't understand what I was saying. After arguing for 2 minutes, the coworker looked around the store and found the swirl I was talking about. She said "oh it's new"! She gave me a fresh coffee and I was finally on my way. This was just ridiculous and at 6am, I was really not prepared to have to fight over coffee. I think I'm going to go to the other location in Pleasantville from now on.

  Never have any of the special flavors or holiday drinks that they advertise!

  I came at 10:30am 10/18/17 and they were already out of regular eggs for my breakfast sandwich and had to substitute them with egg whites. Bathroom was out of service. They did get it right with my coffee though.

  Good place to take kids. Nothing special about it. Nothing terrible either.
