  I ordered my tea from the starbucks app I got there at 11:05 and waited until 11:22 before I got my tea. And for some reason others who came and ordered after myself got served before me. and I requested for 4 packs of honey in my tea and when I got the tea. I made sure to ask if honey was in it because they never do. And the barista asked me 4 packs right ?? and he walked away to get the honey. This is Starbucks in mount kisco I go to Starbucks in chappaqua never an issue.

  As good as any other Starbucks. Get everything you need the way you need it!

  One barista can never figure out rewards. He fights you over them. Messes up coffee sizes Gets an attitude, doesn’t help more then one person at a time. If he’s waiting for a food item to heat up he won’t take the next coffee order which causes the line to back up He works with people and should be pleasant

  Great employees. One time my phone (or the Starbucks app) was acting up and I couldn't place a promotional mobile. We went into the store and showed them the promo on the app. They honored it, explaining that the system was down temporarily. Very helpful and kind.

  I love Starbucks. I go out of my way in the morning to come here because it’s the closest one to my location. Doesn’t mean I don’t hate the staff and way the place is run. Every single morning I order my cofee and have to wait 10+ minutes for the drink because the barista is doing all of the mobile orders. Then when I place a mobile order I’m still waiting for that when I finally show up. The staff is so unfriendly and act as if you are a burden upon their existence like I’m sorry you chose to work in a grab and go cofee shop.
