  Nice, but it was dirty on the floor and the stations were not organized. Other Starbucks I’ve gone to are cleaner and organized

  I work around Bedford hills so I was looking for a near by Starbucks and the GPS showed me one inside a Target store. The girl at the cashier in Starbucks has HORRIBLE customer service skills. When I was telling her my order all she was saying was "mhm", she didn't make eye contact at all, I wanted a grande iced green tea latte so I asked her if they shake or mix the green tea latte (some Starbucks shake them), she replied with an attitude "Do you want it shake?" And I replied to her "no". She never said thank you and when I asked her for a shopping bag for my 2 sandwiches she gave it to me in a bad way. I asked an employee for a manager and he took me to a girl who said was the manager and I explained to her the situation, she seemed to agree with me but I doubt that she'll do anything about it. This baristas need to be retrained on customer service. This is by far my worst Starbucks experience. I visited this Starbucks around 12:30 PM, first and last time.

  The wait was long and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I’m a long time Starbucks customer so I know when my beverage is made correctly or not, and in this case it was a pretty big not. I didn’t ask to have them make another because I figured it would take me another 15 minutes and I was not willing to wait around any longer.
