  Very nice staff! They were short handed and very busy today but the staff was very professional and worked very hard to get everyone there drinks as quickly as possible. They kept everyone informed as they made the drinks as to where they were. Having been in those work situations myself they did a great job 😊

  Taylor is the highlight of my morning in the drive through. She is the sweetest most patient person I’ve met. Very personable and professional. Great staff!

  The woman manager there is incredibly rude. My wife placed a mobile order and I didn’t know what time it was going to be ready, she just asked me to pick it up on the way home. When I got to the speaker, a guy came on and asked my order, I said I had a pick up under my wife’s name and all the sudden the lady manager hops on and got snappy with me because apparently my wife placed the order just a few minutes prior and it wasn’t ready yet. Telling me the wait time is 5-7 minutes and was very rude. Then when I confronted her about it at the window, she told me “I’m sorry I’m just trying to get people to understand That they can’t place a mobile order and expect it right then!” That wasn’t even what happened. I was just there to pick up and order that my wife placed, who wasn’t even with me. Unfortunately it’s not the first time she’s been very rude and condescending either.
