  Ordered a birthday cake through them, a week in advance. Morning of, (5 hrs before pick up time.) I'm called and informed they do not have the flavor I ordered, is it ok if they substitute for a different flavor.... While not giving much choice, I agreed. Giving a business 7 days to complete an order seems adequate. It would seem that during that 7 day period, they would check to make sure they have all ingredients needed for any upcoming orders, maybe for the next week or two. I know when I take the time to special order and pay ahead for a celebration, I would like to get what I actually had ordered. Not something I could have randomly grabbed out of a freezer. Don't count on them.

  Feeling a little tired stopped to get a hot coffee. Coffee was good, Lady giving it to me seemed friendly.

  Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is my absolute favorite! It’s my go-to wake up call. This location unfortunately is garbage. From now on I will go out of my way to go to two locations that have always been consistent and good. I went through the drive-thru and got a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a coffee. I drove away, reached in the bag and could not locate the hash browns. I turned around and went back. When I told them at the speaker they had forgotten my hash browns, the guy wanted to argue with me, insisting he put them in the bag. Sorry, but I wouldn’t go through all the hassle if I didn’t pay for them. I continued going there just for coffee a few times. Then I went recently for food and coffee. My avocado toast was cold and flimsy, more like avocado bread. I am never going back.

  I've visited this place many times and never had an issue until today. My coffee was cold and I asked to be refunded. I was told that they were brewing a fresh pot and they would replace it. The new cup was hot but after I left I realized that it was old coffee warmed up and the bottom was full of coffee grounds.

  Taste like dirty rain, no pumpkin only milk and cinnamon - dont buy it it makes me to throw up
