  Update 2018, much more efficient and great personable staff. It is very busy on weekday mornings with the commuters grabbing their app orders! Just moved to the area, dreaded that this was going to be my Starbucks because of previous visits. It is the slowest Starbucks in the Alexandria area. You'd think mgmnt would have figured it out by now....c'mon guys, it's not rocket science!!

  We go to a lot of Starbucks in the United States and Canada. The staff at this site outshines all others in their friendliness and efficiency. What a team!🎶 Rochell, #2389019, welcomed each guest as a friend with kindness. The Barista, Lashawne 2093310, was also kind and respectful to each guest...and efficient, too. It is nice in a busy world to find kindness with a great cup of coffee. Thank you.

  Great place to relax in the quiet part of the mall. Can get busy on the weekends

  I just use the online version. And it’s pretty quickly too. Finish my order within the five minutes it took to drive

  The staff has no concept of customer service. They aruge with each other. The same drink never tastes the same twice. I ALWAYS have to remind them to put whip on my drink. I will start going out of my way to visit the 12th and Fern store. They are professionals!!!
