  Great mid-town (and often busy) Phoenix location. I stopped-in for a sandwich and strawberry-acai refresher. Friendly and ecclectic staff and patrons and a fun place to people watch for a bit. There's seating inside, 2 patios outside and another park-like seating area under a big tree. My drink was good and my sandwich was hot and delicious.

  They are very friendly and are pretty fast considering the amount of business they do. I have never had a problem with the incorrect order, however my wife, (she doesn't speak great English) cannot seem to get them to make the correct order, like ever...but they happily fix it for her each time.

  They make the best polyjuice Frappe ever ( I get it no expresso it’s so much better)

  It is wonderful because it is exactly like you ordered... I'm a fairly picky customer like in my iced coffee with no ice separate cup of ice, combining two flavors, using skim milk, plus Sweet and Low. And they always make it just perfect to my liking, or they're willing to adjust whatever is necessary! These are some Barista gals I must say...
