  I work in the area and this is the only panera nearby. Worst panera I have ever been in. Wait ti.es are always around 10 minutes even when it's not busy. Also there are random homeless people that are not customers strolling in to use the bathroom. When I received my food it was also cold

  Great service and quality food, as expected of Panera. Very comfortable place to come in and relax with a cup of coffee and good friends.

  I work nearby this location so I try to place rapid pickup orders for lunch and almost always have an issue. This area has a lot of homeless people that come in and steal food right from the shelves, so I think that this location should have more of a monitoring process. This happens a lot and is super frustrating.

  Quite a wait just to place an order... There is an alternative, they have a kiosk set up with a couple of tablets where you are able to view the menu, place your order, even "build" your sandwich... I decided to go this alternative route which only cost me my spot in line... This way of ordering was sooooo difficult I ended up having to get back in line, the end of the line which had only grown longer... As I was placing my order a gentleman who too had been waiting in line to place an order mentioned having seen me trying to place my order the alternative route, he asked me about my experience, he then told me that he had experienced the same difficulties at a prior visit he had contacted management and the corp. office in regards to this difficult alternative...

  This Panera Bread is small and was super busy when I went on a Friday night. I don’t come to Panera often but when I have ate here the food has been good. I got the Asian Sesame Salad and it was good. The only downside was they only give you a little bit of sauce to go so ask for extra sauce. I also had the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt which was good. The prices are reasonable.
