::5 stars! I actually went to dunkin today for a cold drink, service was horrible so I came here instead. The lady at the counter was helpful and calm with me as I didn't know any cold drink I would want. Place is really clean as well.

::I had a mobile order at the Kroger location on rangeline but their second shift barista never showed up. I talked to Kroger, continued to shopâŠ20 mins later still no one there! So I called this location and they took care of my drink and weâre so accommodating and kind!! Thank you guys!!

::Fairly normal Starbucks. The inside is large and offers several good spaces to meet and work. Staff has been friendly and service is good. It is funny how the bank drive through is used now.

::Normally I order from this Starbucks and orders have been fine, but this final order got to me⊠Pictured is what I received. I have ordered this drink so many times from different Starbucks - AND even this one - with the exception of slight pump differences or whipped cream. I had the Ice Toasted Vanilla Shaken Espresso, as a tall with these customizations. When I went to the pickup window and saw this, I was surprised less than half the drink was filled up. I asked if that was all I would receive, I was told that since there is nothing else they can add to it, thatâs what I get. âWe canât just fill it up with oat milk. If you have any questions, ask that guy.â I honestly was livid and didnât even bother to get a refund or ask to have it fixed... I drove home, took a pic, and threw this drink away. Sorry, Iâve ordered this plenty of times from at least ten different Starbucks and every single one was fine - except here.

::Had my granddaughter (9)in this Starbucks today and sadly the male worker was talking Two people that were there purchasing drinks in front of us and talking about inappropriate stuff in front of her. Itâs a place where people go of all ages And the counter is open. No one should be talking inappropriately ever in a place of employment however doing it in a place where the counter is open and in a regular toned voice not to even be quiet or hush-hush about it. I am deeply saddened that we have come to this in the world that we live in where people just donât care whoâs around. Had I known about it⊠I was in the bathroom, I would have said something. Anyone who works in an establishment like this should have a little more pride and if youâre going to talk that way at least do it behind closed doors and the privacy of the back office where no one can hear you especially a child. Will not be going back to The Starbucks ever! Sadly there was a girl at the front that checked us out and got our order who was very enthusiastic polite and helpful so I did share a picture of my food and kudos to her for having to work with guys like thatâŠ
