::I had a craving for a Big Mac and walked in to order at 4:40, not peak hours. All inside ordering was by electronic kiosk, but I figured post Covid business. After placing the order, it was five minutes to getting my sandwich. I drove 3 minutes to home. Sandwich was not warm inside, and the bottom bun dry & hard enough that biting made all the sandwich come out the side. I bent some of the bottom bun and it actually cracked apart. Tried to call to inform the manager, but after about 12 rings it hung up. Definitely not to McDonald's required standards.

::I gave this location like 2 tries. First time my nuggets weren’t cooked completely and were cold. This time my nuggets were old and stuck together smh. They barely gave me any fries. Smh. I won’t be back to this location. Friendly staff but horrible food!

::The last three times I have visited this location, were specifically because I wanted coffee. All three of those times three Cafe machine was down and they give me a shake I don't even want instead. Every time, I'm told AFTER payment has been made. If they'd just tell me they can't make my order BEFORE I pay for it, I'd happily go someplace else. This is just ridiculous, I'll be going out of my way to only go to the Fishers location now. Even though their menu items are priced higher, the food is significantly better, and my orders actually get fulfilled.

::Food was good, and they didn't forget anything in the mobile order. But the lady who brought out the food was very rude and snarky over it being a larger order because it was for my coworkers and I. I'm going to assume it's because it was a curbside pickup for the reason she was snarky, but in the app, where I placed the order, it only allowed the option for curbside pickup because of my larger order. If the manager could please let their workers know that having a snarky attitude is not appropriate that would be great! Thanks.
