::Been going to this location for awhile. The employees are always so friendly and warm. The new Black guy needs a lesson in manners. No greeting, no thank you. I watched him give a customer a rag to clean the table instead of him making the effort to do it himself. His customer service is poor.

::Someone had just busted the side door out and glass was everywhere. Couldn't set inside they used the chairs to block off the broken glass door. But Great service and my drink was made to perfection.

::Coffee was good I had a yummy latte all doctored up. The cashier though had a long face and made me feel like I should be there but she was smiling big at all other customers coming in. Maybe she was having a bad day who knows. She has dark red & black hair or dark brown she looked paler like me lol.

::Bad design. The interior layout has the delivery counter at the far end, where items in the counter can't be seen from the people seated at tables. Other counters are obscured by sundry seasonal items (in this case, a cardboard Christmas tree). This location could be easily fixed by changing the layout, but the lack of comprehension seems to be related to the overall site management. * The Starbucks Internet service connects to the router, but there is no Internet connection. Barista Lacy explained to me that there was no way for staff to reach Starbucks Internet provider and they knew somehow of the Internet connection was out. * When I ordered using points, my server didn't know about points and billed my credit card. *When I asked for the bathroom code, I was given 5 digits that didn't work. The barista omitted the sixth digit which was a #. *That same barista told me I was a liar. Not good. There's more, but I've made my point. Service is enthusiastic but incompetent. Read carefully and smile at stupidity. On the plus side, my coffee was hot and my coffee and food order was filled exactly to order. Summary: if you visit this store, they will fix any of the problems (with the exception of Internet service). 🥰🥰
